Structural characteristics
The YMCQ-B series magnetic drive pump is a high-tech product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to centrifugal pumps. It has a reasonable design, advanced technology, fully sealed, leak free, and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
1. The magnetic transmission device adopts a dense magnetic focusing push-pull magnetic circuit coupling structure, which has a small volume High torque, low eddy current, and good reliability (no possibility of slippage).
2. Low noise and no vibration. The power transmission system of the magnetic pump does not have a rigid connection. The pump shaft and motor shaft are coupled by magnetic force, which is a non-contact flexible connection supported by sliding bearings with extremely high concentricity and perpendicularity. When the pump is running, there is basically no noise except for the vibration noise of the motor itself.
3. Has an extraordinary axial force balance system. Due to the characteristics of the axial force balance system, there is basically no mechanical friction between the end face of the thrust bearing and the end face of the sliding bearing during operation, resulting in low natural wear rate, low failure rate, and long maintenance cycle.
4. This series of pumps uses static seals instead of dynamic seals Keep the pump chamber in a sealed state, eliminate the shaft seal, and use magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, eliminating the troubles of "running, emitting, and dripping" without pollution.
Material and purpose of pump flow components
According to the different properties of the conveying medium, various grades of metal materials (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 304L, 316L. Ti, etc.) can be selected.
This series of magnetic drive pumps has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, and reliable operation Easy to use and maintain. Widely applicable to petroleum The chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries are ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids and various corrosive liquid media without solid particles and fibers.

Precautions for using YMCQ-B series magnetic drive pump
1. As the cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the magnetic driven pump rely on the medium being transported, idling and reverse rotation are prohibited, and it is also necessary to avoid idling caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
2. Cannot transport media containing solid particles.
3. The operating environment of the pump should be less than 40 degrees Celsius, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 degrees Celsius.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of the pump should be less than 250 degrees Celsius (the temperature of the medium must be specified when selecting), the conveying suction pressure should not exceed 0.2MPa, the working pressure should be 1.6MPa, and the density should not exceed 1850Kg/m ³ of medium without solid particles and fibers.
When transporting liquids that are prone to crystallization and precipitation, they should be cleaned promptly after use Drain the accumulated fluid from the pump.
After 500 hours of operation, the magnetic drive pump should be disassembled and inspected for wear on the bearings and end faces, and any vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
7. The internal and external magnetic couplings of this series of magnetic drive pumps are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, credit cards, and other magnetic cards Calculator, computer disk, watch, etc.
Installation of YMCQ-B series magnetic drive pump
Whether the installation of the pump is reasonable has a significant impact on the normal operation and service life of the pump, so it must be carefully calibrated before installation and not rushed.
2. It must be ensured that the pump does not exceed its specified allowable cavitation allowance during operation.
3. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump should have separate supports and should not be supported by the pump.
The installation location of the pump must be convenient for patrol inspection and maintenance.
a、 Before installation, it should be confirmed that there is no damage or loose fastening connections caused by the loading, unloading, and transportation processes.
b、 The foundation plane for installing the pump should be leveled with a spirit level. After the foundation cement solidifies, the pump should be placed on the foundation. If it is not horizontal, a shim should be used to adjust it until it is level. Then pour cement into the base and anchor bolt holes through the grouting holes.
c、 After the cement F is solidified, the base and anchor bolt holes should be checked for looseness, and the anchor bolts should be tightened if they are suitable.
d、 When the installation position of the pump is higher than the liquid level, the YMCQ-Z self-priming magnetic pump produced by our company should be selected, or a bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the inlet pipe, and a filling screw hole or valve should be set on the outlet pipe for filling the pump before starting. When the installation position of the pump is below the liquid level, control valves and filtering devices should be installed on the inlet pipeline of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.
Start, Operation, and Shutdown of YMCQ-B Series Magnetic Drive Pump
1Preparation before startup
a、 Prepare the necessary tools.
b、 Check if the direction of rotation of the motor is correct (it should be consistent with the steering label on the pump), and it is strictly prohibited to idle or reverse.
c、 After everything is ready, open the valve on the inlet pipe and close the valve on the outlet pipe.
2start
a、 Start the motor, open the pressure gauge at the outlet, slowly open the valve on the outlet pipe, and adjust it to the desired working condition. Pumps should generally not operate for a long time at a flow rate lower than 30% of the design flow rate. If it is necessary to use them under this condition, a bypass pipe should be installed on the outlet pipeline to ensure that the pump flow rate reaches the specified range of use.
b、 Regularly check the motor bearings and temperature rise (bearing temperature rise should not exceed 75 degrees Celsius).
c、 It is not allowed to use the valve on the inlet pipe to adjust the flow rate to avoid cavitation.
d、 During operation, if abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the malfunction is resolved can it continue to operate.
3park
a、 Slowly close the valve on the outlet pipe (if the pump is installed below the liquid level, also close the valve on the inlet pipe and turn off various instruments).
b、 Turn off the power.
c、 When the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid Drain the liquid from the pump To prevent freeze cracking.
d、 If the pump is not used for a long time, in addition to draining the liquid inside the pump, it should also be rinsed with clean water. Especially the sealed chamber should be thoroughly rinsed. Disassemble the pump, clean it thoroughly, and reinstall it. Properly store.
